At Vinyl Legend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your records arrive damaged or don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and shrink-wrap to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the vinyl records in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
